As Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman was retained to act as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative to advise and manage all aspects of development management including site selection, site purchase, consultant selection, programming, concept design, feasibility study, design, construction bidding, construction management, and project accounting for the renovation of warehouse space into a combined Costume Shop and Rehearsal Facility for The Washington Opera located in Takoma Park. |
