Currently, URA is focused on acquiring strategically located sites up and down the east
coast for residential, office and mixed use development. We have recently acquired a
former school building that sits on a one acre site in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of
Ledroit Park. URA plans to develop approximately 90 condominium units on the
property, with construction projected to commence in March 2005. URA focuses
on the often neglected property and, through creativity, vision and attention to detail,
creates a successful and dynamic development that adds to the urban fabric.
