Rhiga Royal Hotel New York, NY Size 500 Suites Budget $10,000,000 Completion 2002   As Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman was retained to act as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative to advise and manage the project. We worked closely with Thayer Lodging Group, the owner, and Marriott International, the hotel operator to complete the first phase of the renovation, which involved 100 of the 500 all suite rooms, the lobby, dining rooms, ballrooms, and meeting spaces.
