As Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman was retained to act as Owner’s Representative to advise and manage this 1,250,000 sf development. Acting on behalf of the owner, Thayer Lodging Group, and working closely with the hotel operator, Marriott International, the development of a 1,000 room JW Marriott, a 600 room Ritz-Carlton, a 50,000 SF spa, an 18-hole Championship Greg Norman golf course, and 200,000 SF of meeting and ballroom space were developed in 2003. |
