As Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman was retained to to advise and manage all aspects of their real estate needs. Carnegie elected to purchase a new building site, requiring not only development management services in connection with the new eight-story, new construction office building which was commissioned, designed and constructed as the new headquarters of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a foreign policy think tank, but services in connection with the disposition of their existing leased space as well. |
