  As Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman along with Project Director Eric May managed the acquisition, predevelopment and initial construction and leasing of the adaptive re-use. Originally constructed in 1974 as a regional shopping mall with three anchor department stores, NetCenter is currently being renovated into a high-tech office complex supported by a food court, fitness facility, and select retail uses. The property is fully serviced by two separate fiber optic systems, cable communications, and dual electric power feeds. Major office tenants currently include Verizon, AMSEC, Northrop Grumman, Portfolio Recovery Associates, and GSA.
