WILLIAM HERMAN, PRINCIPAL
William Herman brings years of success and accomplishment to Urban Realty Advisors as the company’s principal and co-founder. His success as a real estate executive is defined by a unique, hands-on approach and an ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
Since founding Urban Realty Advisors in 2005, William has completed a myriad of projects that have earned him recognition in the Washington metropolitan region. He was responsible for the redevelopment of 1800 Massachusetts Avenue NW—a LEED® Gold building serving as headquarters to the Service Employees International Union. Additionally, Urban Realty (under the leadership of William) directed the leasing and tenant fit-out for the LEED Platinum headquarters of the U.S. Green Building Council and the LEED Gold tenant space for the United Nations Foundation.
As principal of Urban Realty, William Herman oversees an enormous scope of projects and offered services—ranging from work in residential and multifamily markets to the hospitality industry and commercial offices.
