MANAGEMENT
In addition to managing the entire real estate development process, Urban Realty Advisors often manages the construction process for new building developments, rehabilitation projects and interior improvements. We manage the selection and the performance of the general contractor, coordinate the activities of the design team, provide budget and schedule oversight, manage the bid process, coordinate construction loan draws and perform ongoing administrative and reporting functions.

Urban Realty Advisors performs front end due diligence and feasibility analysis to examine development and acquisition services. We advise our clients on development and acquisition scenarios. We advise our clients on development alternatives, zoning options, environmental actions, architectural design, marketing, leasing, financing and construction issues. We are experts in putting together the team of professionals to fully underwrite a development or acquisition opportunity from both a physical and market standpoint.
