In addition to managing the entire real estate development process, URA often manages
component elements along the development timeline. URA can manage the
construction process for new building developments, rehabilitation projects and
interior improvements. We manage the selection and the performance of the general
contractor, coordinate the activities of the design team, provide budget and schedule
oversight, manages the bid process, coordinate construction loan draws and perform on-
going administrative and reporting functions.
