The Gage School, a former DC School building rich in architectural detail
erected in 1904, will be renovated into 92 residential condominium units. Purchased from Howard University late 2004, the development is a mix of historic restoration and new construction. Estimated to commence construction mid 2005 delivery of the units is expected Spring 2007.
