As a Principal of Concord Partners, William Herman was engaged by the District of Columbia to act as the District's Construction Consultant for the Gallery Place project in connection with the District's issuance of the $64 million of Tax Incentive Financing for the project, located in the heart of Washington's Chinatown. This dynamic mixed-use project of over 1.5 million square feet is a unique urban center and magnet for attracting patrons living and working in DC. |
