Urban Realty Advisors maintains a strong commitment to responsible building practices. We beleive that good design and cost efficiency go hand in hand with sustainable and green design. URA has redeveloped some very significant spaces in the District of Columbia using green practices while maintaning a tight budget. 

Our experience includes the renovatioon of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) building at 1800 Masachusetts Avenue, at a LEED gold level. The United Nations Foundation also commissioned URA to manage their build-out of two floors in the SEIU building, also at a LEED Gold level. Most significantly, the US Green Building Council (USGBC) hired URA to manage the relocation of their headquarters and obtain a LEED Platinum certification.
